New industrial development approved in Stockton

We are pleased to have acted as planning agents on behalf of our client to secure planning approval for a Reserved Matters application for over 450,000 sqft of Industrial Estate at Urlay Nook Road, Eaglescliffe.

This reserved matters application related to landscaping and appearance of the site and we worked hard with the developer, architects and Stockton Borough Council to ensure that the scheme was of a high quality and would secure the privacy and visual amenity of those residing to the east in the newly built Taylor Wimpey estate.
