Sean Hedley secured planning permission for Caddick Developments for a £27 million scheme which comprised two grade A office buildings, totalling 52,000 sq.ft., plus 12 industrial units totalling 187,000 sq.ft.
All have been awarded BREEAM ‘excellent’ status, the industry benchmark for sustainability. The detailed planning application was supported unanimously by committee members following protracted negotiations relating to ecology, design and transport.
Sean steered the application toward a positive recommendation and subsequently the entire scheme was forward-sold to CBRE Investors.
