BARRATT DAVID WILSON HOMES NORTH EAST INSTRUCTED HPS TO SUBMIT A RESERVED MATTERS (RM) APPLICATION FOR 71 UNITS ON LAND FORMING PHASE 2B OF THE MOUNT OSWALD SITE

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We prepared a formal submission supported by a Compliance statement to clarify that the RM were addressed and delivered as part of the build out (including appearance, landscaping, layout and scale).

The original planning consent was for mixed-use development comprising 291 dwellings, to include specialist market housing for the elderly, student accommodation, offices, retail, community uses and associated infrastructure including access details. Since then, the former Mount Oswald Golf Course has been gradually built out in phases one and two.

The reserved matters application was approved unanimously at planning committee.
