Caitlin Newby and Joseph Ridgeon were pleased to act on behalf of Wild Dog Outdoors to secure the first step towards a brand new tourist venture in Northumberland. The application for a change of use from agricultural land to an education/tourism use in the sensitive and historic landscape near Chollerford, Northumberland was approved unanimously by the Tynedale Local Council Planning Committee.
