Public Consultation in Relation to Land to the West of Octagon Farm, Bungay Road

Hedley Planning Services are submitting a planning application on behalf of No Limits Properties Ltd for construction of approximately 10 homes on land to the West of Octagon Farm, Bungay Road

No Limits Properties Ltd are proposing to submit an outline application in relation to land West of Octagon Farm, Bungay Road and are requesting your comments and feedback.

As a result of the Outline planning permission which was granted in 2012 and the subsequent Reserved Matters application granted in 2015, the site has previously received planning permission for commercial use and associated parking.

The site has been marketed for commercial use for several years, without any interest. This new application brings the site forward for residential development.

The application will include amended proposals which include:

  • Approximately 10 units
  • A mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units
  • Associated landscaping
  • Parking facilities
  • A 10% Biodiversity Net-Gain

Your views are important and will continue to be valuable as the planning application progresses.

We also have a survey link below to provide your response to the public consultation. The online and in-person feedback will be collated and shared with the team who will then address matters accordingly.
