Planning permission was granted for a ‘rent to buy’ scheme for 24 homes in Sacriston. Hedley Planning Service, acting for Karbon Homes and Partner Construction, secured permission at Durham County Council’s North Area Planning Committee.
Joe Ridgeon, Associate, said “while the principle of this development had been previously agreed, we worked hard with the developer and the Local Planning Authority to ensure that the scheme was both viable and can commence on site straight away, so that Homes England funding can be secured.”
