Another successful application working with Barratt Homes North East to secure consent at Committee for 118 new homes in Pegswood.
While the site had been allocated for housing in the Morpeth Neighbourhood Plan, we worked hard with the developer and the Local Planning Authority to ensure that the scheme was both viable and addressed the concerns of local residents and Parish Council.
