PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Hybrid planning application seeking full planning permission for demolition of existing buildings and erection of 304no. dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) and associated infrastructure and outline planning permission (all matters reserved except access) to erect up to 496no. dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) including care village (up to 80no. bed spaces), up to 700sq m. of shops/services (Use Class A1 and/or A2 and/or A3 and/or A4 and/or A5) and associated landscaping and infrastructure.

OUTCOMES REQUIRED / MET
HPS acted on behalf of Barratt Homes (North East) to secure planning permission for the scheme. Hedley Planning Services managed the application through the process, prepared two Addendums to the Environmental Statement, presented the application to Planning Committee.
