PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We secured detailed planning consent for a replacement fire station in the Durham Green Belt as part of an estates improvement programme by County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Authority. Issues included Green Belt development, exceptional circumstance, sequential analysis and landscape impact.
