Lovell Homes would like to hear your views on their proposal for residential development at the former Queen Alexandra College, Queen Alexandra Road West, North Shields, which will comprise of a mix of 3-4 bedroom homes. The feedback you provide will be fully considered by the design team and used to inform an upcoming planning application.

- Site-Wide landscaping proposals, including street trees
- Northern boundary landscaped treatment

You are encouraged to join us at the consultation event which will be held on the 13 November 2024 between 3:30pm and 7pm at The Priory Room, Linskill Centre, Linskill Terrace, North Shields, NE30 2AY. Your opinion matters to us, so we invite you to come along to view design proposals, offer your feedback and contribute to the progress of this development. There will be feedback forms available at the event which you can complete and return to members of the design team who will be present. For those who are unable to attend the event, we also have a survey link below to provide your response.
The online and in-person feedback will be collated and shared with the team who will then address matters accordingly.
