Joe Ridgeon has been promoted to director.
The move will see him working alongside managing director Sean Hedley on the growth of the Hexham-based firm, new business development and strategic planning matters for residential and commercial clients across Northumberland and County Durham.
He will also be involved in overseeing expansion into new regions, notably Teesside and Yorkshire, to tap into strong demand for the company’s strategic land promotion expertise.
Joe Ridgeon brings more than 10 years’ experience and expertise in planning to Hedley Planning Services, which saw a 25% increase in trade in 2018 as well as expanding the range of services offered by the company.
New work and clients have also boosted workforce numbers, with the firm currently employing six specialists providing a range of services and expertise.
